As the Sales and Marketing Analyst at Digilock you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by sourcing, verifying, and organizing business contact information, analyzing market trends, and helping ensure accurate CRM data management. The successful candidate will leverage online directories, social media platforms, and email verification tools to research and qualify new leads and assist with actionable insights to help our business development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, detail-oriented individual to gain experience in market research, data analysis, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Prospecting: Responsible for systematically locating and researching business contact information to develop new business opportunities by leveraging data intelligence platforms, social media and other sources to research prospective customers
• Data Management: Create and maintain CRM contact information in Hubspot and update existing records to ensure data accuracy and availability for reporting and analysis.
• Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for sales growth. Provide regular reports on sales performance and help identify areas for improvement.
• Market Research and Monitoring: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to assist in identifying target audiences and business development strategies.
• Campaign Performance and Reporting: Analyze key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign engagement to track the effectiveness of outbound prospecting campaigns. Maintain regular reports and produce summaries with actionable insights and optimization opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales analysis, marketing analysis, or a related role (internships or relevant coursework can be considered).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data management tools
• A basic understanding of CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and business intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, managing multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Asana)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in both sales and marketing domains
• A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving collective goals
• Resourcefulness: ability to find new or more effective ways to identify our target customers
• Ability to quickly learn complex topics and understand the needs of the business to work independently
• Prior experience with Marketing Automation software is a plus
• Knowledge or interest in technology, corporate furnishings, or corporate design markets is preferred

• Proficiency in at least one programming language/test case management/issue tracking software
• Exposure and/or working experience with hardware is required
• Working experience in the field of System Quality Assurance, System Quality Engineering with -hands-on- experience as a Quality Engineer with a company engaged in the manufacture of complex electromechanical equipment or systems with integrated software controls or similar application would be ideal
• Experience in industries such as Aerospace, Medical Device, Semiconductor, Consumer Electronics, Automotive or other industry experience would be ideal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with senior leadership teams and stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Nice To Haves
• Jira/Confluence/Git/other test tools such as Test Complete or TestRail is a plus but not required
• Experience in a role configuring software applications, managing software versioning, or providing configuration management responsibilities in a software development environment a plus but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

As a Test Lead, he/she should be responsible to work with business analysts, Software Engineers, Architects, business users for Release being implemented. • Hold meetings within the test team to make sure everyone is aware of what the fellow team members are doing.
• Generate Test Reports for specific test cycles.

• As test execution comes near, they make sure the test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test execution.
• Schedule the tests for execution and then they monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
• During test execution and as the project winds down, they write summary reports on test status.
• Generate Test Reports for specific test cycles/sprints, Consolidate and report test results to the concerned stakeholders
• Perform the review of the defects and ensure that the proper defect guidelines are followed as agreed upon with the client.
• Should have excellent communication skills (Speaking/Writing/Presentation)

The Business Specialist is an entry level role focused on supporting a project in accounting and finance related functions. District Overview

Kiewit Southwest District specializes in heavy civil, transportation and water projects. We operate primarily in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada and Utah. Southwest's projects include a wide range of infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, runways, terminals, transit systems, power plants, water treatment facilities, dams, canals, wastewater treatment plants and tunnels.

Responsibilities

Recognizes the importance of being a team player by adapting to project needs and helping in other areas as needed

Understands the payroll and HR process workflow, and masters the systems used to properly hire, transfer, terminate, and pay all employees
Comprehends how goods are purchased, invoices are received and paid, and maintains purchasing workflow internal controls
Demonstrates understanding of the accounts payable process workflow and is able troubleshoot payment or vendor issues
Understands intercompany and client billing process workflow, importance of timely and accurate billing documentation, and the effects of timeliness on cash management
Ensures that all cost and cost adjustments are reviewed for accuracy to meet company standards and accounting rules
Reviews costs, quantity claiming, budget structure and exception reports and makes appropriate corrections to ensure accurate reporting for management
Identifies, adjusts, and reviews forecast and budget issues with the cost report to confirm proper recognition of cost and revenue
Displays first-rate customer service skills - maintains a positive attitude and always willing to offer a helping hand to other team members
Maintains highly organized work environment, understands importance of time management, and communicates in a clear, concise and effective manner
Follows the Corporate Compliance Program and works in conjunction with the compliance department to implement all EEO and labor laws at the project level

Qualifications

0-2 years' financial/data analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent degree
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
Previous internship experience is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience working with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key excel functions is preferred
Effective oral and written communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies

Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments

Global Store Supply Inc. is a 15-year-old U.S.-based e-commerce company with a supply chain hub located in Eastvale, CA. We are currently seeking motivated candidates for entry-level positions within our Data and Marketing teams at our Orange County branch office in Tustin, CA (92780).

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership across both the Data and Marketing departments, gaining exposure to critical business functions such as data analysis, market research, e-commerce strategy development, and cross-departmental collaboration. As part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting our growing e-commerce operations and enhancing our digital presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Help in formulating and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market positioning.
• Data Analysis: Perform sales data analysis, conduct market research, and predict sales trends to support decision-making processes.
• Market Research & Trend Prediction: Analyze current market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to help develop competitive strategies.
• Cross-Platform Coordination: Ensure consistent product presentation and promotional strategies across all e-commerce platforms.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into platform performance and campaign results.
• Work with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives and brand strategy.

Qualifications:
• Strong interest in e-commerce and a passion for sales growth.
• Basic data analytics skills, including experience with sales data, market research, and predictive analysis.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, or other BI tools).
• Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
